Just saw a demo for VoiceThread (http://voicethread.com/), a
teaching tool used mostly for language instruction, but a
Film/TV professor recently used it in her literature and film course. She uploaded film
clips and instructed her students to use the voice function to record their
comments as they watched each clip. The site collects the comments and allows
the students to hear their peers react to the film. Apparently, the site has some examples of
students commenting on poetry. I’ll check it out.
